Necto Selection has been retained by an Irish Main Contractor to assist them with the recruitment of a Site Manager. This is a very exciting position, for an ambitious and talented individual to join an organisation that is experiencing excellent growth.

Roles and responsibilities

·      Managing the Company’s HSEQ systems and procedures

·      Site set up planning and security

·      Logistics management, deliveries, and traffic management

·      Working alongside the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme including the effective sequencing of the finishing trades to maximise quality and minimise reworking, while monitoring resources, labour, plant, site set-up and other overheads.

Requirements:

·      Candidates should have 2+ years’ site management experience, in any combination of commercial, industrial, residential, and fit-out and refurbishment building

·      Ability to work on own initiative

·      Self-motivated and dedicated

·      Analytical and decision-making skills

·      Proficient with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and industry specific software

·      Excellent written and oral presentation skills 

·      Appointed person for Temporary works

·      Crane Supervisor

·      First Aider & Relevant CSR/CSCS
