NECTO Selection is working with a contractor delivering a strong pipeline of residential and commercial projects in the Enniskillen area. We’re hiring an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to support ongoing work across a range of schemes - all based within a 40-mile radius.

• Experience in building projects, ideally post-qualification
• Commercially aware and capable of managing costs and subcontractor packages
• Strong organisational and communication skills
