This senior position offers the opportunity to lead and shape a growing pre-construction function, with full ownership of the pipeline and bid strategy for projects typically valued at £10M+ across Healthcare, Education, Life Sciences, and Office Fit-Out sectors.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in pre-construction, estimating, or project leadership and a strong track record in managing bids and early project stages.
