NECTO Selection is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Modular Buildings team of a global service provider delivering infrastructure and support solutions across multiple sectors.
This is a key senior role involving the full range of QS duties from civils through to turnkey handover of modular building projects. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers and Commercial leadership to manage project costs, oversee contracts, and ensure maximum value for money is achieved without compromising quality.
Location: Kill, Co. Kildare
Salary: €80k – €90k + package
Key Responsibilities:
- Full cost management and reporting across multiple project phases
- Subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and payment certification
- Administration of CSA and MEP packages
- Preparation of monthly CVR and cost/value forecasts
- Contract change management and claim preparation
- Coordination of commercial meetings and reporting
- Risk analysis and mitigation strategies
- Advising on procurement strategies and compliance with contract protocols
What We're Looking For:
- Degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying
- 8+ years’ commercial experience
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and documentation
- Background in civils or modular buildings preferred
- Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent organisational, communication, and reporting skills
