As NECTO Selection Company Director, I co-founded the company in August 2020. I solely focus on the operations side of construction, covering everything management-related, including Site Managers, Project Managers, Contracts Managers, Site Engineers, Civil Engineers, and Finishing Managers. We have forged excellent relationships with the leaders of many of our top-tier main contractors.

I have been working within the construction recruitment space since 2014. Before this, I spent six years as a bricklayer working on a wide variety of projects in Ireland.

My construction background combined with my recruitment experience makes for a unique experience for our clients and candidates. It is this genuine construction knowledge that reassures our candidates and clients that they’re talking to the right person to find them the perfect job or candidate.
